Park Hill
Presbyterian Church (Denver, CO) is a congregation of the Orthodox
Presbyterian Church. Our congregation has had an ongoing witness
in Denver for over one hundred years, and though our denominational
affiliations and physical locations have changed, we have always
strived to faithfully serve Jesus Christ and present Him to a needy
world. We gather morning and evening each Lord's Day to hear anew
what Jesus Christ, the Son of God, has done for us, and to praise
Him for it.
Park Hill
Presbyterian Church, as part of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church,
is a confessional presbyterian Church. That means we abide by the
full teaching of the Holy Bible, which we believe is faithfully
summarized in the Westminster Confession of Faith and Larger and
Shorter Catechisms. We are ruled locally by elders, regionally by
a presbytery, which is all the pastors and elders of the local Churches,
and nationally by a General Assembly of pastors and elders. We rejoice
that God has redeemed us through the Cross of Jesus Christ and delight
in the ongoing work of his Holy Spirit in our lives. We call other
sinners to share in our joy.
Park
Hill Presbyterian Church is served by Matthew W. Kingsbury (pastor),
Cyril T. Nightengale (elder), LeRoy Petrie (elder), Lewis Reynolds
(elder), Mike Canik (elder), Merlin Moore (elder), Claudio Nightengale (deacon), David Pastoor (deacon), and Richard Travis (deacon).
